Document not saving on iPad (Microsoft office app)

Make sure One Drive is enabled in the Files app. 

1. Open Files app
2. Click One Drive in the left column
3. Click Sign in

If it wasn’t saved at all it may pop up as a recovery file, if not it will fix any future issues with documents not saving.
