Document not saving on iPad (Microsoft office app) Nicole Crosariol October 18, 2022 14:07 Make sure One Drive is enabled in the Files app. Open Files app Click 3 dots in the top left-hand corner Select Edit sidebar Toggle the One drive on so it lights up green. Hold the lock and home button down until the black screen and white Apple logo appears. Reopen the app you want to retrieve the document from. If it wasn’t saved at all it may pop up as a recovery file, if not it will fix any future issues with documents not saving. Related articles Classroom App not Working as Expected?
