Students at Home Can't Hear Audio When Air Playing

If students at home cannot hear audio when air playing, please do the following:

1. Start Airplay.
2. Open Zoom.
3. Click on Zoom.US and select Preferences.
4. Click on Audio.
5. Next to the Output volume drop down, select your room number.
6. Ensure the Output Volume is on the highest level.
