If your iPad doesn't detect your Keyboard, please try the following:
1. Make sure iPad is sitting upright. Turn off the iPad.
2. Reset the case. Carefully remove the iPad from the keyboard case. Blow on the gold connector pins to remove any debris. Put the case back on and turn on the iPad. If the keyboard is still not detected, go to step 3.
3. Force restart the iPad. To do this, just press the home button and the power button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. Release them when the Apple Logo appears on the screen.
4. If the above fails to solve the problem, please submit a help desk ticket and include the serial number of your iPad. iPad Serial Number - Where do I find it?
