If your Logitech Crayon isn’t working, try the following in this order:
- Check to see that Logitech Crayon is turned on and has sufficient battery power. Turn on Logitech Crayon by long-pressing the power button (for one second) until the LED light turns on. To check the battery level, short press the power button. Note that the green light does not stay on. It will go away.
- A Green light means the battery is sufficient and above 10%.
- A red light means the battery is less than 10%.
- A blinking red light means the battery life is critical and the crayon needs to be charged immediately.
- Check to see that the Crayon tip is screwed tightly on.
- Remove the orange tip. Insert a small pin/paperclip in each of the side holes to release the clips while pulling off the orange tip. Unscrew the white tip and then tightly screw it back on. Put the orange tip back on.
- If you still have a problem, please submit a help desk ticket.
