If the iPad screen freezes or is unresponsive, try the following:
- Double click the Home button to bring up the app switcher screen and swipe to close the app you were using when the screen froze.
- Perform a hard reset. Press and hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.. Sometimes you’ll need to hold both buttons for as long as 20 – 30 seconds.
- Your iPad Pro should work again now, but the problem might crop up again. If it does, reset all of the iPad's settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
