iPad Screen has Cracked

If your iPad screen has cracked, please submit a help desk ticket and include the serial number of your iPad. 

 

How to find your iPad's serial number

1. Open Settings on your iPad.

2. Tap General.

   

3. Tap About.

4. Scroll down and you'll find the Serial Number.
