If your district issued hot spot is not working as expected, please try the following:
1. Verify that the Mobile Hotspot or Smartphone Mobile Hotspot feature is turned on. Check that the connecting device Wi-Fi is turned on.
2. Reset the hot spot. Press the WPS button and the Power Button down together. Hold until you see the lights on the device blink 4 times.
3. Restart the hot spot and devices you are trying to connect.
4. Remove battery cover - WITHOUT removing the battery or losing power. Use small pin/paperclip to press and hold "reset" button for 3-10 seconds.
5. On your iPad, open Settings. Go to Wifi and find your LinkZone2 SSID (broadcast name). Click Forget Network. Re-add the hot spot by selecting the SSID for your LinkZone2. Enter the WIFI passcode which is located under the battery cover or on the inside of the box.
6. If you still experience difficulty with your hot spot, please submit a help desk ticket.
