- If it’s a website you are trying to reach, go to a new tab/window and try another website (ie: worcesterk12.org) If other sites work fine, try using another browser

At home:
After you have verified that your Wi-Fi router is turned on and there is not a problem with your router, access the Settings app on your iPad and follow these quick steps:
- Push and hold the ‘Sleep/Wake’ button and ‘Home’ button together on your iPad for 20-30 seconds or until the white Apple logo appears. See (Hyperlink IPAD HARD RESET article) for instructions.
- Try forgetting the Wi-Fi. In Settings, tap the Wi-Fi’s name and select Forget. Restart your iPad and try to reconnect.
