Having a problem with Wi-Fi? Try these quick hits.
- Go to the Settings app on your iPad and turn the Wi-Fi off and then back on.
- Turn off your iPad and turn it on.
- Restart your router, hot spot or modem.
- Force a reboot. Push and hold the Power button and Home button together until the iPad reboots and the Apple logo appears.
- Try forgetting the Wi-Fi. In Settings, tap the Wi-Fi’s name and select Forget. Restart your iPad and try to reconnect.
